Is anyone's sailor staying at GL for Aschool? I recieved two letters and my sailor spoke of many great men being in his division. He said their division is working really well together. He said they are all super excited for PIR! They all can't wait to see their loved ones. He said he has been super busy and that "hell" week has been easier than he thought it would be. That was a relief to hear. He sounds really good. He mentioned a young man from Pittsburg with the last intial being an A- does he belong to anyone here? And another last name starting with T from Nebraska? He said they are both amazing guys. They are the only one he gave names of. The rest is all about engagement plans and wedding stuff :) I'm so happy and excited!
Docsangel: he asked when everyone is staying till- what are your travel plans?

The bands sound great! I would like 8 of them if they are still availble. I hurried to the mail box today as well, but I didn't receive a letter either....

Nathansmom- my brother is heading to Pensacola as well. He was told a while back that there might be a wait though. Have you heard anything about that?

Nathan'smom....My son is going to Gulfport, MS for A School. He will be a Seabee in the Navy reserve. We're only guaranteed 4 seats at PIR but hopefully there will be extra room since only 9 divisions are graduating. We have 4 going for sure and maybe 8 if his dad and aunts are coming.

I anyone else's sailor going to Pensacola after PIR??
Comment by Nathan'smom on June 16, 2010 at 2:31pm
I will take at least 6 bands if you order them. How many people are going to the PIR?? I thought we could only have 4 but it sounds like some of you are going to have more than that there??

I am finishing a letter telling Nathan all about all of you!! I guess it is ok to say his first name as long as I don't say his last name, right? I kinda gave it away with my username!!
