I got my first letter too! It sure did help me because I had a really bad week at work. Hope all you ladies get your letters soon. He hasn't gotten any of our letters either but hopefully he will soon. Would love to do a meet and greet at the Navy Lodge. Docsangel, let me know what I can do to help.

Just got a call from my son. What a surprise. He needed some paperwork sent. I almost didn't answer because it wasn't the 847 area code or didn't say payphone. Just said US Govt. He said he loves it which makes me feel good. I can already hear a change in his voice. He speaks with more authority and respect. Gotta love those Navy men.

Docsangel - We didn't have snow in Jacksonville. They got it all around us but not here. Made me kinda sad because I'm from NC and miss the snow. Never heard of O'Brien? Just googled it though. It's about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from Jax. There are some beautiful springs in that area.

Carolinagirl125 (Ship 3 Div 233)- I heard you got some snow in Jacksonville this year? We sure had a cold one too, but no snow thank God!! I will be up that way June 11th to take my youngest daughter to camp. Are you anywhere near O'Brien? Better yet have you ever heard of O'Brien?

I wonder if we can arrange a meet-n-greet Wednesday night at the Navy Lodge since so many of us are staying there?

Good evening ladies! Just got my reservations at the Navy Lodge also. What a deal. Can't wait to meet all of you. Docsangel - I see you are in Clearwater. We live in Fla also, Jacksonville. Anyone on here from Daytona Beach? My son met a guy at MEPS who was on the flight with him to BC and is now in his Division too.
