Navy diver wife - Glad to hear you got mail! Sad to hear the other part. Did he say what he had an allergic reaction to? I know they get alot of shots when they get there. Let's pray it's only minor and he can continue on... Got my fingers crossed to! :)

Got a letter today !!!!! He sounds upbeat and asked alot of questions about how everyone is. He said that we should go ahead and write as much as we can...doesn't sound like he's gotten any of our letters yet...(?) :( . He said he might be able to take leave before he goes on to his next phase...but I thought I read somewhere that they don't get leave after boot campt (except for around holidays)..does anyone know the policy on this?
He said he has blisters on his feet because they march all the time in their boots. He said they don't yell too much if you do what you're told to do...(sounds a little bit like home, huh?) All in all - a great letter (short), but I'm happy with it.... Hope the rest of you are getting your letters today too!!!
