My fiances went to bootcamp on the 19th. He called on maybe thursday the 22 saying he was being sent back home because he was taking meds for anxiety and he wasnt suppost to which his recruter didnt say anything about him not suppost to take thos pills. So it wasnt my fiances fault at all he had no idea he wasnt suppost to be prescribed to thos meds. He has no idea when hes coming home he told me that he was already discharged just waiting to go home. How long will it be until he gets back home? He sounds so depressed and up set. He told me it feels like hes in a jail, and just wants to come back home now. plz help!

Ohh okk thank you so much, for your help! Did your fiance ever want to go back in? Or was he able to?
Oh wow! well good luck to the both of you, wish yall luck! My fiance is coming home thursday:) so excited!!
Sorry to hear that, she is correct it can take 10-20 business days before they are sent home and they will not know a date until 2 days prior to their ship out date. He is correct its like jail but, they have access to phones and computers everyday so he will be calling if he has a phone card or if your phone can accept collect calls. His recruiter knew from jump street he was on anti-depressents???? Surely he didn't tell them that at MEPS because he would have never been allowed to join the Navy its just their policy. He must have told them this in the moment of truth forum. I'm truly sorry that he was mis-led its not fair to get someones hopes up just to be dashed by being honest. Hope things work out and you find the support you need and that your fiance gets home soon to you and his support group and back on his meds. God has a plan for him and this just wasn't it. But thank him for attempting to serve his country.
Yes his recruiter did know he was on anti depressents, he didnt say anything. I feel really bad, but in the long run my fiance will always be my hero no matter where life takes him...takes us. Hes very disapointed but i know he will be ok, right now he just wants to get back home, but it shouldnt be that much longer. Im very excited, cant wait to see hiim! thank you so much for the support on here it really has helped out alot! THANK YOU!
