Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ok Ladies, Just a few more days until we see our sons! We need to start our circle of prayer for Wade and keep him specifically on our minds these next couple of days. Tamme, please let us know if there is something you need our attention on. His health is the main thing at this point. I know he will do well at BS and that he is more than ready. Have you had any more calls from him?

Skipped out of church this morning to go to a family reunion. First one without Ethan. Just think ladies 5 days until we get to hug our SAILORS!!!!!!

Yep you are right Tammy...I will go on Tues to see if I can get any...but anybody who wants to ask their own recruiter "just in case" would be a good idea..we are leaving wed after I get out or school so Tues is the only day I can go ask.

I'll ask mine on Tuesday and get as many as i can if he has some. I found some on ebay but not sure I'd get them on time.

Looks wonderful! Where could we get the pins? I'd want to wear one of those even if it wasn't for graduation.

Love it....I am trying to ge tmy hands on some Navy tac pins that would fit perfect in the middle///they have the American flag on one half and the Navy flag on the other and NAVY under the two. What do ya think???? No promises have to see if the recruiter has any...i got one at the air show I went to this past weekend.
