They sound like two peas in a pod.

Thanks, Loree. My daughter called to read me the letter we received from Wade today. He sounds good - just ready to get it over with. He said they talk about their upcoming "freedom" all the time. He said Division 312 right next to him got to make call two days in a row this past weekend and were able to go to the game room/Burger King area. He said his RDL said they had to earn a certain score (not sure what it meant) on the next testing to earn it. He said they were doing nothing and for fun would make mint gum out of their dental floss. It was written before he had Hell Week all this week so it will be interesting to see what next week's letter says! He was requesting his computer, stereo, cell phone and debit card so that shows they really feel like they see light at the end of the tunnel. Tammy, he mentioned he has so much fun with Josh.

Thanks so much for sharing your letters. Hopefully ours will come today. Sounds like the Division is doing fantastic. I'd like to see the white for graduation also but I had a feeling that after Labor Day they may change to blue. Thanks again for all the info.

I'm ready to pack lol. 15 days. Ethan had told me earlier that they would wear dress blues but that was a couple letters ago. He's having me make his daughter a sailor dress and he wants the DIV # on it somewhere. He is proud of his group and wants to let everyone know it.

Yeah I got a letter...Sounds like they are going to be very busy this week...today was the "gas chamber"... retake a test as the gave them the wrong one a wek before, dmage control, firefighting, final PFA and last personal inspection.....It also sounds like that any body who is moving "across the street" will have few hours of liberty..then they go back and move, get their rooms, be briefed, and then have more liblerty....This of course can change so don't plan your enire day or weekend around this... We are in the home stretch ladies!! 15 more days!!!

Three weeks ago today for me as well on the phone call.

Did anyone get a phone call last week? I got to talk to Ethan and just cried when I hung up. I was so happy to hear his voice. I know he's ok but hearing him reassured me that he was fine.

That's what has really impressed us so much with his recruiter because Wade was only a DEPR for a month and a half. (Yes, moved a little quickly for us.) I would not be making it through this though if it wasn't for my fellow Navy Mom's.

Ethan's Mom, I printed out the pictures and taped them to my letters so that Wade knew whose mothers I was in contact with. I am so excited to send him Ethan's today.

You all make me feel very welcome. Thanks! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones whose recruiter has helped out alot. I've called with questions and have always gotten a response and they have always asked about Ethan. He was in the Delayed Entry Program for a year so they really got to know him and helped him alot.

I forgot - Tammy. I am going to see if I can get a DVD for you and mail it to you.
