Loree, it is so exciting to see it actually posted. Helps a little making it seem closer. 48 days to go. My heart is needing a phone call or letter though. I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend and pray we hear from our boys.

I printed and cut out the pictures from our division 313 blog so I can paste them to Wade's letter today so he can see my new Navy mom friends. Wade is 5'5" and weighed about 112 when he left. I see he's got some great division members to help him along. Reading the "beating" blog has my stomach upside down again. I pray our division is doing fantastic and doesn't have to do such intense PT.

TammyP, looking at your pictures, your son looks like he is a lot of fun. Wendy (Blake's Mom) said Blake is a clown as well. My son is definitely a clown. I hope they are all having fun together when they are allowed. I am envious to see you were at the swearing in. We were not allowed.

I'm right there with you TammyP. I have been having trouble sleeping from worry but I won't take a PM or anything because I am afraid I will miss the call. I carry my cell all over with me at work.

There is a Hampton Inn - Gurnee 847-478-1400 Don't forget to ask if they have a graduation discount.

My son's recruiter just called from my house (he was dropping off Wade's high school diploma) and said he was surprised we hadn't received a phone call yet. I told him I wasn't surprised because everywhere on this site it says it is usually three weeks.

Loree, is the Homewood Suites too far away? They offer the grad discount and I think will be cheaper then booking two rooms. There are six of us staying together. Thanks for your advice.
