Ethan called this morning before he went to report at his squadron and told me that his FPO invited him for Christmas with some of the others from the squadron. It makes me feel better knowing he won't be alone on Christmas.

I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! Remember that Jesus loves you and your sailor and He is the reason for this season!

Ethan just left for his long drive to San Diego. Does it get any easier saying goodbye? This will be our first of probably many Christmas's with him somewhere else. Everyone enjoy your sailors if you get them home for Christmas!

Ethan graduated A school on the 1st and hopefully will be home on Tuesday! He gets to stay 10 days or so and then head to San Diego. North Island NAS to be exact. He will be working on MH53 helicopters and will be assigned to a ship but I can't remember which one. Tammy P, I can't remember what you said Josh's rate is. Ethan is AM

Ladies, what is the status on all your sailors these days? Where are they? How are they doing?

May all you ladies have a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all will get to see your sailors. This will be the first (probably not the last) Thanksgiving without Ethan, but he will always be here in my heart!

Leeletta, I saw Nick and gave him a couple hugs for you! He is such a nice young man. You did well with him. We never worked it out to have a meal with him but When I took Ethan back he went to his room to find him.
