Hi Welcome new moms!! :) LS has many different things going on in this rate. Mine is at Lemoore naval Air Station which is shore command, much different than being on a ship. He orders parts and supplies for whatever is need for the squadron.
He has had the chance to go on the USS Carl Vinson in July for a short time and said shore command is way different the being on a ship. He ran into his roomate from A school on the ship and was so glad to see him...big Navy small world. LOL Kyle Melissa the next phase is a piece of cake compared to BC. You can communicate with your daughter whenever she has the chance. Unlike BC. LS is self taught so just tell her to try to keep studying on her own and ask for help if she is having trouble with anything. Mine loves being an LS is a good thing. Lisa and Donna where the heck have you been? I know watching grandkids right???

My daughter, Charlotte, just finished MEPS yesterday. She was given the Logistic Specialist rating. We really don't know much about it. Any details about what these specialists do would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'll have to start playing the lottery so I can see the world haha. I finally did get to Ireland last year, and I can't wait to go back. Luckily I met family there and was invited to stay with them, so I'm hoping next year :)
