Please, please remember before you post: our sons are part of a Special Operations community, even while in training, and it is vitally important to form the habit of not divulging any information that could possibly compromise the safety of any of their members. This would especially apply to names, dates, places, procedures, etc. You might like to read the "Discussion Forum" titled "OPSEC" for some guidance. If you are still in doubt, please ask one of our members for their opinion by private message before you post. We are here to help each other, but we must be careful at all times.

TavisM - I couldn't agree more. I am so proud of all of troops, but this group of guys really take it to the next level and beyond in protecting all of us. I am still in such awe of my son for the man he has become and is still becoming. This whole experience is affecting me in ways that are hard to express. I really appreciate having this site - it really helps... thank you guys !!

YES, thank you Travis, that is SO true. The enemy is ruthless and cunning and all of our military need the best training, equipment and intellegence to carry out the mission of protecting our country (and themselves).

Amen TravisM. My son fell in during training in the middle of the night in high waters. They joked about him at graduation. He didn't tell me. Lot's they don't tell us.
Thank you for the inspiration.

Love your profile name dreams!

When I frist joined N4Ms I had to change my name, picture, etc. As Sp Ops moms we are just as proud of our sons as everyone else (dare I say MORE?) but we don't get to share their pictures or information about specifics of what they're doing. Sometimes it's hard when others can do that and we can't, and I think that's why we have a bond and stick together. Carolinagurl is right, we're all learning as we go along. Thanks to D'sMum35 and Dee, they have been a great support to me! Thank you ladies!

Thanks for the information Tee1. I have joined some of the other groups but thought that since SWCC is the job my son's going after, it would be good to join this one too.
carolinagurl - Trying to play by the rules, thought I did, thanks for the reminder.
