You're right on track!  Here's the link to the mission for the month http://www.navyformoms.com/group/mollysadoptasailorproject/forum/to....  Join in and let the "mom of the month" know how many boxes you ship.  She keeps track so that everyone in the adoption gets something shipped to them.   Most awesome...thanks!

OK - going to try to do a box for this month's adoption.  Hard candy (not chocolate), gum, individual chip bags, and small microwavable stuff like EZ Mac, Chef Boyardee etc.  Also, comics from newspapers.  Anything else I should look for? thanks!

Welcome kayakhinkle.  We try to do a big packing party 2x per year.  During the rest of the months we send monthly care packages through Molly's Adopt a Sailor Project.  Come join us if you haven't already.  Thanks and glad to have you on board!

Hey there Tampa Bay Moms!  Letting you all know Molly's Adopt a Sailor is having another big packing party February 18th in Largo, FL for the USS Makin Island.  Hope some of you can make it and we can meet and greet.  Moms from all over are planning on joining us. If you are able to join in, you can find the Makin Island wish list on Molly's Adopt a Sailor Project under the January discussion.  Woohoo!

My son graduates Cornell in December, then off to OCS report date 1/1/2012.  Next off to nuke school for subs.  Thus far it is pretty much "Greek" to us although he has been maturing and opening up to us more recently.  He is super excited and ready to give it his all!

I would LOVE to meet face to face for lunch one day!  I am sure each of you have something interesting and fun to share! Please keep me posted of any get togethers.  Thank you!
