Hello alexsmom! Sounds like you are about half way through this boot camp adventure! Hang in there mom...it is worth the ride! I am in the Dallas area. My son graduated in January and is at Nuke school now. Don't know if you have heard yet, but we have a DFW area Navy Moms group that meets once a month for supper. We would love to have you join us. This month it is on July 29th at 7 pm and will be at Buca di Beppo, an Italian restaurant on Park Lane. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this month because I will be on the road to go to my sailor's A school graduation. We have a wonderful time together, and our new moms who have kiddos in boot camp can get valuable hints about going to PIR! If you think you can make it I will put you in contact with someone who will be there.
