Are you referring to the Ball Cap at Boot Camp? I don't know either other then the ball cap they have going in says "Recruit" and after they do battle stations they have a ceremony and change the recruit cap to one that says "Navy."
Thats all I know.

Hi Lea, don't really have much of an idea how long they will be out, maybe a month or two. He can send emails once in a while and you can write him. But it is kinda hit or miss. There is nothing set in stone for these guys.

Great reporting from Pearl Harbor Nancy, so glad you are having a great time.

Barb, Aaron just did his first real dive under the boat a few weeks ago. He really enjoys having that as an extra job....although he says its not really a job, he really enjoys it.

Aaron loved going to school for Diving, hope Bob gets to do it. Keep us posted.

Hello Lea and welcome to our Columbia world. Sounds like your son is a Nuke, my son is also. He did prototype in New York. He has been on the Columbia for a little over two years. He loves living in Hawaii.

I'm sure their paths will cross. If you have any questions go ahead and ask. We are a great group here.
