The weather for Wednesday is suppose to be sunny, mid 40's.  Too bad spring is only expected to last here in the Northeast for the weekend.  We are glad to have a nice Easter, but it would be nice to have the warm weather last a little longer.  It will probably be cold on the water, but I am sure no one will care!!

Ellen...not sure about the weather...sorry, but i agree on with you on being excited!...I cant believe its finally here!..my DIL said she hasnt been able to sleep because of her excitement and that her and some of the other wives are staying together the night before and plan on staying up all night...lol...im so HAPPY that this is happening, it seemed as if this day would never come. I can only imagine how excited our boys are.:) (im speaking as if its here already, but i know we still have a little ways to go..lol)

Does anyone know what kind of weather we should expect at the Homecoming? I'm from MN with a foot of snow still on the ground. This is getting so exciting & I bet the boys are anxious, too!

I am blessed that I have a flexible job and we live fairly close. Can't wait.

yesterday marked 186 days they have been deployed. So if you divide that by 6 it comes out to 31 .. so i am thinking yesterday was 6 months celebration or milestone. ??  Just a thought!

Comment by janlee on March 26, 2013 at 10:21am

Im also excited. Yesterday marked sort of a milestone as far as the countdown goes,!..My son emailed me and said they are all excited. I cant wait to see them all relaxing and and putting their bags down...knowing they just did something amazing, yet so glad to be back..:)

I am getting excited also!  Can't wait.  Got the first email in a while yesterday for hubby's birthday.  That was good.  Looking forward to meeting some more Moms!
