Holly - Congrats to Paula!  I know she is excited to move closer to Jeff.  I'm sure my son and DIL will love having Paula out there to do things together - they enjoyed visiting with her when she was there before Christmas.

I know what you are saying exactly Holly.  My son is on the Alex and my stepson and his GF were stationed in Japan on the aircraft carrier George Washington. But both were quiet about coming and going dates.  I feel like I have to talk in code to my son but yet can blab away to my stepson.  lol   Hang in there.

Thanks Proudmom and Holly.  We are all excited and everyone is doing great. No this isn't my first grandchild - I have two others  a granddaughter age 3 and another grandson age 18 months (they are our Dtrs. fiance children) but we claim them as our own - since they have been together for over a year.

Hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas.  We did not get to see our Alexandria sailor but were able to spend the holiday with our two that are stationed at Lemoore Naval Air Station here in California.  This would be my step-son and his GF.  It was all good.  SKYPED with my son and DIL in CT with my Mom and Brother here.  They both had never SKYPED and loved it.

Tammy...can't wait to hear about the new grandbaby.  Keep us in the loop!

Merry Christmas Everyone!  I will be Flying out to the Groton area on Monday - to await the arrival of my new grandson!  Hopefully he will come soon after I get there (or even before) so I get to spend some time spoiling him and helping my sailor and daughter in law I'll be in the area for 2 weeks.

May you all have a very Blessed and Merry Christmas!
