Hi Cathyo,
Also, I apologize for the delayed response. He's been in Japan for 3 weeks(8/08)......Not long at all. Yes, I'm extremely concerned re: Syria crisis.

Hi hunter's mom,
I apologize for the delayed response...just joined on Friday night 8/29. My sailor has been on the BHR since 8/8/13. Than you for the warm welcoming. I know for a fact, that, BHR no longer has any access to Internet access. God bless them all.

hi luvmysailor!  My sailor has been in Sasebo since May 2011.  Can't believe it's been 2 years/4 months already!  When did your sailor arrive?

Heard the same thing Kyann.  Prayers for all!

hi, luv.  how long has your Sailor been on the BHR?  have you been on this page long?  if not, welcome.

we heard on the news the other day that an amphibious ship was going to head toward that way, not mentioning any names of ships, but one has to wonder...

have a great labor day weekend, all.  this will mark hunter's 2nd year anniversary being in sasebo.  :/

Tina, I read that on CNN but didn't know that was Jamie's ship.  I will keep Jamie and his shipmates in my prayers.

Definitely scary.

Thanks for sharing. I was gone this weekend to a lake with 3 other MI Navy Moms and we didn't turn on the news.

Tina - I was wondering if our sailors would be effected by what is going on in Syria.  He and his shipmates will be in my prayers, as well as any other military members.
