After I asked that question, I thought, oh yeah, Navy for Moms, you obviously have a son or daughter in the Navy. ha
I didn't know that the sailors sometimes changed ships. Is it because of what he does? I know your son is really glad to have your husband on board. My son was, plus it gave him an opportunity to see some things he had never seen before. They give tours and demonstrations of everything. It was tremendous. Hopefully your husband took lots of pictures.

Is it your husband that's on the ship? I can't imagine how hard it must be to have a spouse gone for as long as they've been gone this year. You must be so excited too!!
I know about those rough seas. On the Tiger Cruise in April, we had a really rough day too. It's hard to walk, shower, eat, everything! It's all funny. Thankfully I didn't have a problem with sea sickness, but my husband used the sea patch and it worked!

Can you imagine how happy our sailors are right about now?

Yes, my son sent it to me in an email...It's very impressive!
Glad to hear you're watching Carrier. Having been on the Tiger Cruise in April and seen this show, it really does give you a good picture of their lives on the ship.

I may have to buy or rent it.

It's really good. There's 10 parts, I think. But it's a very realistic portrayal of life on a ship, life in the Navy. I highly recommend it.
I saw it when my boys first joined, it was very eye opening. Now that they've been in a couple of years, I can see how true it is. We're watching it again now.

I have heard of the series, but not yet seen it. I need to look it up.
