Happy veterans day to you all and thanks for all the sacrifices you have all given for our freedom!  Moms, wives, girlfriends,  They couldn't do it without all your support at home.  I am not leaving out the women in our armed forces thanks to you also!

i was just at the NMC  the other day for my regular mammogram.  Nice Hospital.  I know shore duty can be quiet and boring but it is a good time to catch up on family things because before he knows it he will be back on the ship.    Congrats on the baby and the advancement.

Sorry it has been so long since I have gotten on here! We have been busy busy since my husband went to shore duty! He is now a BM2, and we have a very handsome 2 1/2 month old baby boy named Cayson!

Debbie is totally right! Your sailor can accomplish a lot while on the CROMMELIN. One thing that is for sure is that if they go to shore duty after the CROMMELIN they will probably get bored easily, lol. Especially if the ship was their first command! My husband had no idea what to do with himself when he started at the Naval Medical Center here in San DIego, lol.
