You are not alone.  We are all family and we are going to get from one moment to the next together.  I take a lot of warm baths with bubbles.  I recommend that as a helpful tool.  They can just bill me for the water.

Hello! my son was on leave at his dads and just got back to base yesterday and will be reassigned to Another ship till he is reunited with his ship. My emotions are all over the place.

I am a mom of a Farragut sailor checking in.  He was just assigned to this ship about a month or so ago.  I wanted to say hello to the other parents of sailors and just let you know we are in it together.  I will be checking in now on this blog and general discussion regularly.  Right now I have anxiety watching the news so I am coping by focusing on an herb and rose garden.  The anxiety is going well and so are the herbs and roses. :))

Hi my name is Melissa and my son is assigned to the Farragut. Would really love to get in contact with other moms of sailors on this ship.

Hey, I'm new to this group, my daughter is aboard the Farragut. Does anyone know how I can be on pier when the ship returns?

Is there still activity in this group? My son was assigned to farrigut. We spent
Some time with him during his leave before he had to report.
