Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ships Address: (this is for Sailors attached to the ship, squadrons have different addresses). You must know the Department and Division your Sailor is assigned to ensure mail finds its way to him or her.

Here is the specific link the USPS Priority Mail APO/FPO Flat Rate Boxes, choose a pack of 10 or 25 boxes and they will deliver them right to your house. The APO/FPO boxes are the large size so you'll have to order the regular priority mail boxes if you want medium or small. Also linked the needed customs forms that you can order at the same time. ALL ARE FREE. You can then use Click and Ship to ship it at a discount and you can even schedule the post office to pick the package up from your house.

I 2nd that!! ME for president!!
It sucks they want to cut military pay, where would we be without our brave men & women in inform.
I am a educator and they are always wanting to cut our funding too. I guess if we don't educate our child it will be ok, as long as some congressman is payed to send nasty pictures of himself.
Anyway.....ME FOR PRESIDENT

I got an email from my Sailor and she said Mom your so good with money why don't you run for President. She said you could get the country straght and back on track. I almost fell off my chair laughing so hard. I can just see it know ME for President. I told her it would take wiping out Congress and starting over to get that done. She said she's been watching the news about them wanting to cut military pay by the year 2023, she said they always want to take it from the militaries pocket not their own.

ME, doesn't he know he's not supposed to do anything for a woman without asking her first... And your right that just means he didn't read ur emails.... You told him off.. I don't think he will contact u again.... He might b scared. Lol
Colleen, my hubby said they weren't letting them back off after everyone got back on this morning, so they are probably all sleeping. Lol. I hope that one day me and my hubby can go to these places together.

Well your not going to beleive this one. The wonderful world of NING got back to me today and went in and changed ALL my settings with out me knowing till he emailed me. He said that he did that because he still saw my page and thought I didn't delete it. I told him #1 don't ever change any settings on my page without prior knowledge and #2 if he would have read my email I sent him on monday he would have know then I deleted it and was waiting for approval to start a new one. I also told him that I think that they system has a bug in it and he needs to figure out what the hell they are going to do to get rid of it. I let him have it, I told him by 8pm Monday I had over 3700 of them crappy emails and I got fed up that is why I deleted it and because he was NOT doing his job. I have not heard from him since.
OK enough of that carp pass the booze I need a strong one!!
