*HAPPY DANCE* *HAPPY DANCE* MY SON GOT HIS PACKAGE!!!!!! I SENT IT OUT A WEEK AGO THIS LAST THURSDAY SO ABOUT 9-10 DAYS!!! I'M SO GLAD HE GOT IT BEFORE HIS BIRTHDAY THIS NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!
HE SAID HE SAW BIG BEN, ATE FISH & CHIPS AND SAW WHERE THE PRINCE GOT MARRIED LOL
Wheewwww.......didn't check in this morning and just checked.......6 pages to catch up...this place is hopping!!!
YUCK...bed bugs......HOW IN THE WORLD????/ Hope they get it taken care of soon!!
brbr3.....you got storms? it looked kinda iffy here but only got a few sprinkles!!
Low 80s here today, just beautiful!!
some of you guys sailors sounds like mine...I ask if he needs anything or wants anything and all I get is a no, I'm fine. Oh well, when he gets his package, he's gonna have laundry sheets, deoderant, drink mixes, slim jims, jerky, granola bars, twislers......garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, A1 sauce (he loves this) a T shirt.....can't remember what else we put in there LOL but should be enough to share!!! Oh yea, and a birthday card LOL
we got some rain this morning but it's just been cloudy the rest of the day. west of here needs the rain BAD to put that damn fire out. it's been burning since 5/5 and depending on the wind we get smoke and sometimes ash. they have it bad down on hatteras right now
i keep getting emails bouncing back to me. i'm so over that situation! i don't understand why they can't get the situation fixed on the "newest, best carrier"
haven't heard about the bed bugs but that tells me someone brought them onboard with them.
Major storms here last night. Spent 30 minutes in the basement while the sky was green & black. No damage, Thank you Lord! Without electricity for 12 hours. :(
Haven't had any email problems with my son and he got his package. Took about 3 weeks.
ok ladies, here's an explanation for my earlier "weird" message. last night my "darling princess" sent me 3 emails to my phone back to back telling me to go online and do a search for (what i don't know because i only get 160 characters when she emails my phone) and she needs it asap. all i knew was something about tickets and prices for something to go to rome. just pieces parts of the messages. then, she calls me on the phone telling me to google the train station in naples about trips to rome. when i ask what train station, for when, etc all i get is "the one by the navy base" now that tells me a lot! then the phone went dead.
now i love hearing from my daughter but if i'm paying or the phone call don't call me in the middle of the night barking half assed orders without having all your info.
plus she's sending me messages complaining she's not getting my emails. i don't know why the navy can't get their s**t together on the communication issue on the newest supposedly best aircraft carrier the fleet has. do they not realize that communication with family and loved ones keep both sides happy?
ok, done venting. off to see Kung Fu Panda 2 with the kids
Creep me out!!! Bed bugs!!! oh gag!!!
Ms. Lou-i'm still pretty new here....so speak up honey....i'd like to get to know you!!! and your Sailor sounds just like mine...."can i send you anything, do you need any thing sweetie?" "no mom i'm fine i can get it". frustrates the dickens outta me. so when he was still in Pensacola i mailed boxes of candy just so he would pass it around!
what's for lunch today? i have a hankerin' for a Pineapple-tini : )
