For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ships Address: (this is for Sailors attached to the ship, squadrons have different addresses). You must know the Department and Division your Sailor is assigned to ensure mail finds its way to him or her.

Here is the specific link the USPS Priority Mail APO/FPO Flat Rate Boxes, choose a pack of 10 or 25 boxes and they will deliver them right to your house. The APO/FPO boxes are the large size so you'll have to order the regular priority mail boxes if you want medium or small. Also linked the needed customs forms that you can order at the same time. ALL ARE FREE. You can then use Click and Ship to ship it at a discount and you can even schedule the post office to pick the package up from your house.

Doing much much better today........adopting a new attitude and outlook on life.....I know my son loves me and I know he will always need me......just be patient and he will come back......on the other hand......his relationship may not last this email problem...*big smile*....she already can't take him not answering her 3 emails......and I ain't telling the reason.....*CEECEE IS NAUGHTY* LMAO

Lol. You ladies are a trip. :) just got home and boy do I need one of those nice watermelon ritas. Tried emailing my hubby today, but his were very late and he got frustrated with it and went to bed so hopefully tomorrow everything will be running properly... I sent out 3 care packages today and the lady at the postoffice looked at me like i was crazy.. Lol. There was another lady in line behind me and she got upset with the postal worker because they wouldnt let me send the packages for free to someone serving our country.... It was a high of 99 degrees here in colonial beach va today.... HOT!!!!

ceecee, do what i did, i bought a harley and ride it every chance i get!!!! i know i'm in here somewhere but unless i'm listening to my mp3 player and riding down the road i don't see me. that and my sugar butt are the 2 things that keep me from going postal on the beautiful world, lol. oh, and i'm back in college too, not bad for an old broad!
