Hi all - Happy Thursday!

Awesome that some of you are getting phone calls <3<3

allyj31 - here's some info from the USPS site regarding cigarette lighters:

Cigarette Lighter Fluid is a flammable liquid that normally has a flashpoint between 20° F (–7° C) and 55° F (13° C). It is permitted only in domestic mail via surface transportation provided the fluid can qualify as a consumer commodity material or ORM-D, and is sent within the quantity limitations and packaging requirements stated in 343.21. Mailpieces must be prepared following Packaging Instruction 3A in Appendix C.

Maybe you can send him matches instead!

I'm not finding a Truman Moms facebook page.  Want to share the link.

Good morning Sunshines!
I'm on the Truman Moms Facebook group as well! There is a Sailor on our group who is with the Truman. She gave updates to send packages to the new updated address even without box#,and that it would still get to them. The only thing I see changed is it has a unit number in the address. I sent a card to our Sailor with iTunes redemption code. I take any change that I get from spending cash and take it Wal-Mart that has a Coin Star machine. They don't charge a fee for processing all those crazy amount of pennies, nickels and dimes I seem to accumulate in my coin purse! LOL

I got a call from my daughter yesterday. It was a pleasant surprise. She sounded good but requested snacks.
Question...since she has not provided her box number, after my many requests for it, can I still send the box without it?

Hello Everyone, I love reading all of the positive advice on this page. I finally received a phone call tonight, which took me by surprise. I was really expecting an email, but it was better hear his voice. This is his first deployment and he sound ok. Of course when my son called I was so excited I forgot to ask him about the box number for the mailing address. Well I'm sure he will either call back or email at some point.

My son emailed me and asked if I could send lighters to him. Can these be mailed? He is a smoker (which I hate). I am mailing a box tomorrow and will go buy a couple of lighters to throw in if permissible.
