Thanks Francine. I just try to have as much fun as I can with my son every day. That keeps a smile on my face. I get caught up at night thinking a lot and I have to catch myself before I sink deeper. I'm keeping my focus on work, school & family. Thinking about the day when I get to hold my love on that pier. I hope you get to hear your son's voice soon. I know that will put a big smile on your face. God Bless him, and without even knowing him he's still my Brother.

Messages from Home
Independence Day, 2010
Remembering our Armed Forces

We want to thank each and every one of you for giving the rest of us here in America one of the greatest gifts ever; the gift of freedom! Please take care of yourselves and each other out there. You remain in our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers all year long. Happy 4th of July!

The Staff and Volunteers of Messages from Home

**********************************************************

Please take a moment of our of your busy schedule to write a supportive message to a service member serving our great nation, 24/7/365. Not everyone has what it takes to serve their country, and it takes a special kind of person to put their lives on the line for us every day. Their courage, honor and commitment are recognized by this patriot. Some may say "It's my job" although I've never looked at it that way. They are America's heroes!

Your message will be read by Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines and Navy personnel not only here in the U.S.A., but throughout the world. You can make a difference!

Please email your message by Monday, June 28th.

Wishing you and yours a safe 4th of July as we remember our troops where ever they may be.

Stay safe. God Bless You. God Bless America.

Sincerely,

Carol McGuinn
