What's going on? My wife has a stack of cases & is still working on her duty day. Couldn't get a phone call, but got a quick e-mail. What a job to have, being in Legal.

My husband is enjoying himself... and I'm jealous!.. LoL... France is one the places I've always wanted to go to. He said he spent almost $100 on food and drinks the last two days... what a dork!

He hasn't called... he put international on his phone and he says he has perfect signal.. but it says that he has no service for somereason... and he's been trying to get on his lap top.. but his computer isn't finding any signal... It sucks.. I was so excited for him to get to port so maybe we could skype or talk to each other, and actually hear each other.. and yet, he can't.

He said he was going to try again tomorrow.. but he has muster early so he wont be able to go out for too long.

He said he bought me something too... but wont tell me what it is!... LoL.. he said I'll have to wait till he gets home... and he said that he's going to look at every port for something for me, I thought it was so sweet... he never spoils me!.. LoL.. I told him, I didn't mind bein spoiled for once... heh!

Well I am glad everyone is having fun!.. and hearing from their sailors... hopefully I will get to hear his voice atleast once before he leaves... He's only called once since he left.. and I could barely hear him.

Also.. he pointed out... that the first month is almost over!!... He said it went by pretty fast for him.. so that's good!... Have a great night everyone!

just talked with my husband...on skype :) he couldn't hear me at all but i could hear him, and to see him was awsome...They are going out to site see and go do wherever...he seemed happy but missed all of us...with the time difference the girls didn't get to talk to him, since they were sleeping, but maybe next time :) Thanks for the photos!

becky have your son put you on the frg e-mail chain, they can give you some info, it is limited... he has to send it from his truman e-mail to add you to the list.

What a thrill! Just got a call from him! My son and two of his buddies just met up with our french cousin on the beach. They are off to have beer and pizzas then see some sites. He sounded very happy and glad for a break after the very long night hours. Thanks Regina for the great photos.
I am so glad I found this group!
