OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I got an e-mail last night too...he said he was going to e-mail his parents after he got done with mine and I asked his mom if she got it and oooppppss he didn't e-mail her yet...he is usually good about that stuff but i am sure he will get to it when he can. Got 2 letters out in the mail today :) and care package is getting full :) I am trying to think of things my two youngest daughters can send to him...i am gonna make a video before i send his package, i got a bunch of flash drives to put pics and videos on for him...i just feel there is more i could be doing for him or sending him than what i am....

does anyone know of a good system for sending letters and letting them know which order they are in...like if they get a bunch of letters at one time, which one they should read first etc. With the e-mail i am not sure how many letters i will send but I hope to write a little each night even if we e-mailed...also, i read somewhere that an upside down stamp on the letter means i love you...i had never heard that before i just thought that was interesting...
