Also, my gal asked for time off when we are there end of July (she requested it 2 months ago) - during this last underway she was denied since too many will be taking time off. We are still planning on going, but won't be able to visit with her until 18:00 hours every day. and then she starts at 4:00 every morning. :( Sad mama
I would love to know about the mattress cover too. If anything, can we just purchase one at a store since it's under their sheets for inspection?
I'm looking at the Rack Pack too! Good to know!
Just heard from my girl on the Truman - she LOVES the Navy Rack Pack I had sent to her and she said the other females in her berthing wants one - so be warned parents! :) Full of pockets and keeps their bunk dark to sleep
Keep fingers crossed my sailor can take some time off to visit us. We are heading to see her end of July! She requested it off, but didn't hear a confirmation before this last underway. I miss her so much!
