I got a phone today.  was a great 5 minutes! she said mom what time is it where you are? I said 5:30 pm Monday, she said thats weird its 9:30am  Tues.  here. She stated she was safe and arrived to the destination.   " I will call you in 10 hrs..."  Then she had to hang up . still was very cool to hear her voice and glad she is safe.  The phone is anxiously waiting on my night stand.

Hope all is well with you--

April

Happy Easter to all you moms too!  I hope our sons/daughters are being blessed with calm seas & fair winds.  I don't know about the chaplain--but I'm pretty sure they have some kind of non-demoninational service.  I'm eagerly awaiting that first call as I'm sure you all are.  Have a good day!

My daughter wrote me that they are almost a full day ahead of us now, and that she had gotten a shot. For what I don't know, she informed of the pretty scenery and that she is taken indoc classes right now. She also think that it is pretty cool that moms communicate with eachother and she wishes each one of you a Happy Easter
