OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

They made a stop in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as well. That was I want to say almost 50 days ago.

Not sure which group to join! My son just arrived in Honolulu early this morning, he doesn't have to report to work until Tuesday, wish they would have let him stay home a couple of more days! He was "on" the USS hopper in boot camp. I really have to remember that 5 hours time difference!
