Navymom9875, sorry if I caused some confusion. When I referred to constant prayer I meant just that, not praying in relation to the news that changes from day to day. I am sorry if that caused confusion. I spoke with my husband again this afternoon and this is a regular work day for them. I think we will all just be thankful to have our sailors home! So proud of each of them!
I'm with you, Gloria. On the one hand we're told "please don't worry right now" but in the same paragraph we're told "we should be in constant prayer for our loved ones." That confuses me - don't worry but pray?? I know this is difficult on all of us and not knowing what's going on makes it even harder.
Can't help but to worry. God bless and watch over our Sailors and all others that serve our country.
HeHe, I got to chat with my son on fb last nite (for me) as he was getting up to start a new day. AND we received the tshirts in the mail yesterday. I am calmer but still holdin' on to get through this time. AtomicAngel, it's great to have your enthusiasm! :))))
We wish you all were here as well! I can't imagine the fun we would have if we all had a weekend together. Thankful for our sailors and the hard work they do for us!
Yes, thank you Susan. I do wish we were closer to the pizza party and Valerie, as do others. However, there can be comfort from all of us sticking together and holding up all the sailors. Peace keep you through the nite. Jane
Thank you Susan!
Hi moms and lovely ladies,
PLEASE don't worry right now, I know that is easier said than done. I am instant messaging right now with my husband, the fact that we can talk to our sailors today is a great sign. We should all be in constant prayer for our loved ones and the sweet crew of the USS Jason Dunham. Valerie will notify you if there is any pertinent info but for now the crew is well and will be starting their day soon. Feel free to message me if you need me.
Susan

Just saw a post from my son that said, "To those of you of you praying for us... don't stop now." Sounds like they need even more prayers support from us!
