WOW 30 PEOPLE!!!!! That is sooo cool!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was trying to spread the word to every sailor on my sons Facebook to let their family know about this group because I know how much this whole website can help.
Did you all get the pictures from our Ombudsman? We are lucky to have her she is so good to us! I have talked to other Navy moms who never hear from their sons Ombudsman so we have a great one.
I got Mason Jars and a desert cookbook if any of you want some recipes let me know.
I miss my son sooooo much, have not heard from him cried when I saw the pictures of the ship but I know they are under a great comand and I do believe Jason Dunham is up there in Heaven making sure his men are safe I really believe.
Tak care all
PS- Welcome to all the new family members here!!!!!!!
Hello everyone, Really spending a lot of time thinking of our sons. I did get an email from mine...but it was early after the deployment. Haven't received anything since. It hasn't been that long but it feels like forever. At least before I could pick up the phone and call and email and I'd hear from him pretty quickly. Tough not knowing where they are and what they're up to. Of course with all that's going on I know I certainly have my thoughts on where they are headed. God bless them all !!
Thanks for the welcome MissMySailor...
Hope this finds everyone well and receiving some sort of contact...
Hi everyone! First time here. Army military brat and very proud of what my son has joined. Mary d, we agree. I feel very comfortable about all our sailors being together and under good command. My goal is to add some whimsie in my packages. Found a silly straw and love the idea of Rudolph noses for Christmas.
As far as the ship's address goes I was told to put 'department / division' on the line under the sailor's name and zip as 09567-1303. Probably either one will work, knowing the department & division might speed delivery a little.
Welcome to all and thanks for the welcome I received not long a go!
Welcome Shelli and Mary,
This is what I have for the address for the ship and I don't think it has changed

Hi Everyone ! My son is on the Jason Dunham and we are so proud of him and all the sailors on the USS Jason Dunham, Thanks for all this good information so happy I found this group. What is the address that I would send a package too ?
No, I just got back on the internet and Paula had put this page on my sons facebook page so I didn't know about the breakfast. I would like to know more about the homecoming, I know it can't be soon enough for us :)
