DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thank you I figured I would join because I don't know anyone except for people on my husbands ship yes it's great but I would like to know other people that I could talk to most of the time not just when they're in port.

You'll be fine Sissi, the age limit is 8 years old. My son is 5 months old LOL

I won't be able to attend. There's an age restriction and our son definitely doesn't meet it. Everybody have fun though!

They will be getting leave periods before the deployment just like Christmas. There's a first half and a second half.

I have no idea... my husband said it's June 26th, even though I cannot go, he has to go. I'd talk to your sailors about it.

The family cruise is June 26th. It's all hands on deck (if your family isn't going you still have to go) and they leave really early in the morning and won't be back til 8 or 9 at night. Children allowed 8 years or older so I won't be able to go. But enjoy it if you are able to go ^_^

I got a call from Dustin this afternoon and he didnt know anything about the fire until they got back. All he knew was that half the ship had now power. Iam just glad that no one was hurt. He wasnt sure about them going out again the 4th.
