I got a phone call from Miranda today. It's always so good to hear her voice.

I just send TJ a whole box of chocolate and 2 bags or Oreo cookie got there fine and wasn't melted. Maybe some mixed nuts, goldfish, microwave popcorn, That is all I can think of right now, The if it fits it ship from the USPS work well and they give you a $2.00 discount of you are shipping to a military address.

I hope everyone is feeling better.  Can you give me suggestions for things that ship well and they like to get?  I know I can't ship anything that melts, but what else can't they get easily on board?  I want to send a pick me up.

I wish Miranda could email more.  I'm glad that he's doing well with things.  I heard that the ship is feeling better today in general.  Definately good news.  She's our only child so I definately worry. Thank you so much for your offer and the information on deployments.  Hopefully they will be home for a little while.

Miranda seems very sad. She said many were grieving. I talked to a more experienced parent and deployments are usually this, long
Ugh. I just want to hug and kiss her cares away
It was so easy to make things better when they were little.
