from the CO (on fb page for jsm)

Friends and Family of the USS JOHN S. McCAIN: JSM arrived in Laem Chabang Thailand - A busy underway transiting through the Gulf of Thailand – the Thai fishing fleet was well represented the evening and early morning hours prior to our arrival. Our Bridge teams standing the Mid and Rev watches performed well – they had to thread the needle with a few contacts but demonstrated superior seamanship. Now a few days off.

I stop by, but have no news to post. I pray all is well with the JSM. I do know they were in Hong Kong last week. Generally, no news is good news. I'll try to check in more often (though working longer hours for less $ like most of us in these days)

He was surprised to hear from me but very pleased..He got his birthday box and shared everything with the shop..They are in and out of port allot it seems so being able to catch him was incredible.  He also was able to call me the day before mother's day...said he was going to be gone the next day and wanted to make sure to call.  I pray for thier safety and God Bless the moms too who love and support them!!
