DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

IF anyone is in need of the Homecoming date please contact the ombudsman of the ship.. Please DO NOT pass the date along thru any kind of messages, texts or emails. Due to OPSEC passing the date along thru these ways could allow the enemy to get the date and can allow them to prepare for an attack or make it so the ship cuts off all contacts to our SO's. Not trying to be mean or anything I just would like my husband home on time safely. .

This whole date thing is making me anxious... did they just lock in the date we already know or did they change it to a different date?

I am so ready for them to come home!!

Oh ok...well that is awsome if they do have some kind of date. I would really like to know when that is along with everyone else. I am waiting on that email as well.
