Haven't been on in a bit and just saw this post about OPSEC. Thanks for giving us all a reminder but no one has released any information that hasn't already been released by the ship or MCPON SW/SS Rick D. West. In fact the ship and MCPON West have given out more specifics then we have. Thanks though.

There are a few Milius pages the Milius Command Page on facebook is kept up by the FRG and they send out notices about meetings and a monthly newsletter about the ship. You have to tell them who your sailor is First name, last name and rank.

Well they are in another port now and actually have down time. While in Hawaii they weren't getting to leave base. This time they are. My hubby is even staying in a hotel with 3 other guys tonight and went shopping today after work.

How is everyone holding up? I was sad to wave goodbye on Tuesday but know they will be home soon. At least that is what I keep telling myself.

Hi Everyone. My husband has been on the ship since their last deployment. I just found this page I had already made a USS Milius Friends and Family page. I am glad that we all have an area to talk about our family members.
