Thank you! You have a great Thanksgiving, too. I hope and pray all our sailors have a very, very Happy Thanksgiving so far away from home this year, and that they can feel at least a little bit "family-ish" with their shipmates.  :-)

in case any of you are interested in doing this as well, i recently ordered a birthday cake for my son from bakemeawish.com. his bday is at the end of this month. this company sends cakes to deployed military (as well as to anyone else in this country). i did take a chance with the timing of it--hopefully he will get it on time and in a fairly fresh state! i'll let you know if he gets it and in what condition so you can send one to your sailor if you want! this is the first time i have dealt with this company and they were very, very nice. :-)
