OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

https://shop.aafes.com/scs/product.aspx here is the link to buy the cards off the NEX online
Comment by ryanswifey on February 22, 2010 at 7:45pm
I know at the actual nex they were out when I went in the store but are available online through the nex. But I order mine offline. If you make long long calls the money will go quick we talk for about 30 mins each time and still have money left. I'll post the site as soon as I get home
Comment by Jan on February 22, 2010 at 7:43pm
maybe there will be some when they are resupplied
Comment by ryanswifey on February 22, 2010 at 7:38pm
I can post the website whn I get home from school. You can order them straight off the nex website and have them mail the card directly to your sailor. We put 200 on the card last paycheck and we still have like 70 left it's not that expensive to cal. And the store on the boat supposedly has plenty left from what I have been told
