navywifemom, When you mention saying extra prayers this week is this because where the location of the ship is not such a good place and should we worry??? I do not expect you to say where but only if we should be worried. Sorry your DIL treated you so poorly..... Hope you can still have a good weekend...Smiles

Hi all;
My son called this mornng about 11 am (pdt). It was so good to hear from him, he sounded pretty tired though, and he did say that the ship has been very busy. We talked for at least half an hour.

Ok, I sent 2 cards 4 weeks ago and my husband still has not got them.... Hmmm... I am hoping they return sooner than expected.... In time for a Family Thanksgiving would give us much to be thankful for. Not that I am not already thankful. Anyway it is always nice to wish but it does not mean it will come true... Hope I hear from my husband soon it has been a few days again. Nice to hear that others are getting emails and phone calls. Have a great week...

mtn,
I hope you get a call too! Sounds like they are having some interesting adventures and some things to look forward to!
Oh, and my son said his packages arrive approx. 2 wks after we send. Not bad at all, imo.

I was surprised yesterday morning, while checking e-mail before work, when I received a "Hi, Mom" from our son on Facebook chat. It was so nice to hear from him - he's counting the days until they're back.
