Rhonda, So glad you met Jeff! He is keeping his room clean????? I guess I will believe that when I see it!! hahaha!! Whenever he comes home, his room is pristine and within 20 minutes, it's CHAOS!!! But that's okay with me!

I hear that the place Jeff and his friends are living has PLENTY of garage space!! We want to get out there in late summer.

Thanks for letting me know that you met Jeff and thank you for the compliment. That young man has my heart wrapped around his little finger!!

We went to NH in March I believe to visit Myles.  It was restaurant week so we experienced many different foods.  We stayed at the Port Inn. Very quaint, not your cookie cutter hotel.  We got to walk the beaches before they were crowded and they cost to park. Lovely time and definitely worth the time to visit...what is it about motor cycles that is so appealing to these guys??

Just got a cryptic text from my son.  It said : Don't worry, I'm safe. It"s not my boat".  I texted back for clarification, but haven't heard anything.  I've gone on my usual news sources and I don't see anything going on...has anyone heard anything??

Its been awhile.  So different when they are stateside and in the same time zone.  Myles will spend Thanksgiving with a group of guys doing potluck. Boy would I love to be a fly on the wall for a bit of that gathering.  He has to work Friday.  He is coming home for Christmas!  We will have all our chicks together for the first time in two years!  God Bless our fine fighting men and women and their families!

Myles is actually flying home this weekend here to Michigan.  He wants his car.  He flies in Friday afternoon and I am dragging him up to our new cottage in Alpena on Lake Huron for an overnighter. Can't wait to hug my sailor!

He actually was finally able to go on board today. He said it's smaller than he expected. But he'll be fine...
