Just got an email from my daughter.  She received her Christmas box.  Yea!  I was hoping she got it before Christmas.  This will be her first Christmas she has missed being with her family. I will be glad when this deployment is over.

Merry Christmas to Everyone!!!

Got 3 boxes shipped to our son on Monday. Hope he gets them in time for Christmas since they're underway again. Got a wake up call last Saturday we weren't expecting. It was great to have a couple of days to talk & facetime with him. @Dee Hope your son gets to enjoy Christmas dinner.

That's just not right.  Someone should have saved him a plate.   He should have gotten to eat a Thanksgiving dinner too.  I agree, he should either same himself one or ask a friend to make sure and save him a plate next time.

Thanks! We don't have a NEX near us. I checked with my daughter and she said we can use any international calling card. So I will get her something other than AT&T.

Comment by ReeRee on November 19, 2012 at 10:34pm

d0shir01- I found AT&T phone cards at the NEX, not sure if you would be able to find them at a gas station, grocery store or Walmart.

My daughter wants me to send her a $25.00 AT&T International calling card.  I have looked everywhere and cannot find one.  I even checked with AT&T and they said a second party sells those.  Anyone know where I can get one?
