Great for you, Susan.  I think WW is the best way to go because you can eat some of the same foods and add healthier foods.  I want to completely change my eating and exercising habits so I can maintain a healthy body.  I was shocked when I got on the scale today and found I am 162.  I started at 175 a few weeks ago!  That's a big drop.  I've been walking every day, which I want to continue after I go back to work.  Let me know when you start.

Guess what Colleen, I went into to work last Thursday, & all of the girls I work with went on Weight Watchers last week!! I'm going to have to wait until I get down to Georgia to start. That is a huge goal my husband & I have when we get down there! I'll be looking forward to discussing all of our success we are both (you & I), going to have!   :)

I like the pics.  Unfortunately, my computer doesn't have sound at the moment, so I can't listen to the music.

Colleen, I will be praying for Aaron and you, as I know how you must be feeling as his mom. Christopher had a very difficult last year.

Debbie, that is so beautiful.  There's nothing like family.  Jessica doesn't start until Sept. 6.  We move her in on Sept. 3.  Right now she is spending time with friends who are also going off to college, to say goodbye.  One friend is going to CA and the other to Vermont.  Brockton schools start Sept. 7, so we still have a few weeks of vacation left.  I have to tell you all that I am doing Weight Watchers and it is going great.  I want to make eating healthy a habit, not just temporary.  I just had blood work done and everything is looking great.  For exercise I am walking four miles every day except on weekends.  When I start back to to work I'll do it after work (I get off at 2).  Then it will be a struggle because I am usually tired after a day with the kids.  I don't want to give up walking until it is too cold to walk, then I'll have to do an inside exercise.  Aaron is having some struggles, which I can't share right now.  Pray for him.  I am applying for teaching jobs now.  Ideally I'd like to work in Brockton, but that may not be possible.  Take care everyone.  Love

Oh Susan, I can't imagine a new grandchild and moving out of state in the same time period! I am glad Chris is doing well and your boys got to spend time together. Yes, Colleen, tell us how Jessica likes school. I am so glad you got back to see your parents - it is so important! I had a great time on my trip. I tell people, "It was a dream vacation. I am glad I have the photos (all 800 of them) or I would think it WAS a dream." :D. I got to spend quality time with my daughter-in-law, my son, and the two of them together. We did the tourist scene in Charleston, went shopping, and just hung out at their apartment. What was most special to me was when J took off work to ride with us to the airport, and then he walked with me to security to say good-bye, and didn't leave until I couldn't see him anymore. So special! :')

Hello To All, Colleen, did Jessica start school yet? I bet she is very excited!!!! I am glad you went out to see your parents. Ahhhhh....yes....old friends.... that is always very exciting to see them again! But that Airline Luggage can be pretty messy at times!! Chris is doing really well. Still very busy, but doing good. He has a big appreciation for his days off!! My daughter is going to have her baby any day now. The baby is still breech & she's been having contractions on & off these past few days again. She is scheduled for a C-Section Sept 1, but the Dr's think she will go before that. My youngest son Jonathan & one of his buddies, had to go to Yuma Arizona for a 3 week training segment with the Air Force. His plane flew into San Deigo a couple of Saturday's ago, so he spent the night at Chris's apartment and had a great time. Chris's girlfriend was quite the hostess. Made lazagna for dinner, then cooked up a huge breakfast for the boys the next day after a night out in the town!! I wonder how Debbie made out visiting Charleston SC. I hope we hear from her soon. She might have already went back to work. I don't know when the schools start back up there. My husband is in Atlanta for 2 weeks at the new house, but I am staying until the end of Sept in NJ.to help my daughter out with the new baby. I hope everyone is healthy,& God Bless to all of you.

Hi, everyone.  I just got back from visiting my folks in Omaha, NE.  I had a wonderful time.  I got to spend some time also with a friend from high school I  hadn't seen for over thirty years!  The only bummer is that my luggage didn't make it back to Boston.  Yuck.
