I posted a cropped photo of Aaron on my photo page.  Hopefully this one will pass the test.

We're okay.  The tornadoes hit in Western MA, but we had thunderstorms. I grew up with tornado warnings and close calls in Nebraska and it is scary whether you get a real tornado or not.  Aaron's flight came in fine, just before the heavy rains came.  He rented a car and a hotel room and came to visit us for a few hours.  He's sleeping now!  I think he is very tired.  We're going to have Chinese food for Jessica's birthday.  Love to all of you and thank you for being here.

Hey, everyone.  Yes, I am excited to see Aaron tomorrow and I'm so glad he'll be  here for Jessica's birthday and graduation.  We're having a party for her Saturday. If y'all were near, you'd be invited to the celebration.  But you'll be having your own celebrations. Susan, it's true there are some things we wish our kids would do differently at times, but then we have to keep our thoughts to ourselves unless they ask our opinion. I agree with you about your son, yet all you can do is pray for him and love him. Jessica is an adult now and once she gets into college, the school will not share anything that is going on with her.  If she chooses to tell is, fine, but they don't have to.  It is a whole new world we're going into, a strange and wonderful time in our (Malcolm and I) lives. I just recently connected with a friend from my high school days who still lives in our hometown.  I can see her when I visit in August.  I have few friends in high school, so I cherish the memories I have of our relationship.  Phew.  I'm pretty long winded today!  Is it hot everywhere now?  I actually like it. We can visualize our comfy room at a cool, comfortable temp and we're all eating our favorite cold treats.  Me?  I've got a big bowl of sherbert.  Or a cone. :D

My Memorial weekend was beautiful as well but very busy getting ready for J and B! I also took out time to go to the cemetery with my sister, niece, and dad.  I think J is arriving Wednesday night which is graduation night (I am required to attend). Then Thursday is the last day with my students.  I am supposed to work Friday but I have asked (but not received an answer yet) to get that day off to spend with them.  It would be torture to have to work on Friday knowing they were at my house!!! So it is very busy but I am very very happy.  J has not spent the night at my house for about 5 years.  To have them here as a married couple, is exciting! Have I said that once already? :) I hope to hear all of your exciting stories as well.

Hello Ladies, we had a beautiful Memorial weekend with the weather. Colleen, I bet you are just soooooooo excited about tomorrow!!!!!!!! Actually, this whole week you will be on cloud nine with Aaron coming home and Jessica's graduation!!!  :) Please extend my congratulations to Jessica, HOORAH!!!

We are expecting Christopher this Sat night. He finally had a chance to Skype us all last night. He can't wait to come home. It's been a 1 1/2 years since he's benn home. He has to leave Tues. He will be going to Charleston SC to pick up his GF and move her out their with him. Right now, that is a very touchy subject with all of us, but it's his life and his choices. We just wish he would have taken his time after deployment to make that decision. After all, this is the first time in a very long time he finally doesn't have to meet any dead lines, why rush into this now! I hope everyone had a nice weekend and a nice week ahead of them. Love To You All   <3

Ahhhh Sally, that's great Craig was able to come visit with you, but sad that we all get that terrible mourning feeling for a while when they leave. :( Christopher will only be with us for a couple of days, then we probably won't see him until Nov.. Our original plans a while ago were to visit him in August, but my daughter is having her second child (another boy), the end of August. Then we thought July, but he said that's not a good schedule for him. So we'll see. We have a lot to talk about when he comes home.  :)

I finally got my phone call.  J sounded so tired.  I am so excited even tho I know more waiting is ahead.  Colleen, I have blurred phone numbers, etc in photos before.  I did it using an online program called picnik.

Oh yeah Colleen, I see what your saying about his name. Gee, thats to bad :(  Maybe you'll come across someone reading your comment, and they will know how to blur it out. I'll ask my husband if he knows of a way.

I thought I was posting it on my page!  It said "My Page" above the picture, so I assumed it was on my page only.  Besides, I don't know how to blur out his name in the picture.  That's what she means.  You can see his name on his uniform in the picture.I think the admin has control over the whole Navy Moms and she can approve or disapprove pictures.
