Thanks for that, Susan.  I believe the same thing.  I know our young men look out for each other.

Hi Ladies, You know, everyone where I work always ask me, "Susan, how do you handle & cope with 2 son's being in the Military?" You know what I tell them?,Most fatal accidents happen with-in a mile of your own home.Even though we miss them very much, and both of our sons' are miles away, my husband and I are extremley  fortunate and Blessed that they both keep in touch with us every chance they get.  Four years ago, my neighbor next door to us son, was diagnosed with Luekemia at the age of 7. He had a very rare chromosone called the Philadelphia Chromosone. They call it that,  b/c the Dr's from Philly discovered it a decade ago.He needed a bone marrow transplant, but none of his family was a match. They actually found a donor from Germany that was his perfect match. It is a true miracle that my neighbor Robert, is doing so well today. Everything was left in God's hands. It takes a lot of Faith and Trust for all of us to know our sons have each to rely on.I know my son is in Great hands, just by knowing what a remarkable Crew stands beside him. They all come from and have tremendous family  values.Their Fate will always be in the hands of God, but their Trust is with each other, and I couldn't be more Proud of that.God Bless America, and God Bless our Son's for keeping us Safe!  Love to you All.

You're right, Brandy.  We're one day closer to seeing them again.  I have to keep that in mind.  Yes, the guys do talk about our group.  Aaron thinks it is great.  I don't feel quite as sad now.  Once I got busy with work, etc. I didn't have time to think about it!  I know he and all the other guys are safe.  It's just that he isn't happy about leaving again.  At least they have each other.  On another note, has anyone seen Inception?

I am so excited!  Just before my alarm went off, J called on the regular phone.  I didn't think I would get to talk with him again this stop.  He called on his international plan that costs $2 a minute.  Colleen, I know it is hard to hear how they don't want to go back out, but this is normal.  Their job is difficult.  We just need to pray for them.

Gee, I just feel very sad hearing about them being so far away knowing that their families are dealing with illness's back home. My heart and prayers go out to all of them. Stolen identity can be a terrible issue too. Hopefully they will be able to get that straightened out soon. Christopher only went out one night for a couple of hours, he really didn't have to much spare time. He said maybe next time. When he Skyped us yesterday a.m., some of the guys knocked on his door, and were laughing about something.....so it was good to hear the laughter coming from the others. He said he was going to try one more time to Skype this afternoon before he leaves the Hotel for good. Colleen, please don't be sad, before you know it, we'll all be out there visiting them in Sunny California!!

I talked to Aaron early this morning.  He said it would be the last time he'd get to call since they were leaving very soon, maybe even in a day.  He said he wasn't happy about leaving.  Some of the other guys were dealing with hard stuff like family illness and a couple of guys got their identity stolen.  I'm feeling sad today.  Will talk more later, I have to get to work.  Have a blessed day.

So glad Susan, you got to skype with your son with no problems.  My DIL says I have problems because I have satellite.  I will have to just talk on my phone with the skype app and not see him when we talk.  My daughter is up visiting so my DIL and I went shopping with her.  While we were out, my son called his wife and she put it on speaker phone in the truck.  So we got to hear about my son's activities and what they were doing.  J was staying in a hotel as well and spent part of his day off doing laundry.  I don't think we will hear from them for a while now but at least we can get emails now!

We had a really nice "Skype Talk", with Christopher last night and this morning. He finally had a day off yesterday! He said he has been averaging about 4 hours of sleep per day due to problems with equipment during this past week. The good thing is that he has been able to stay in a Hotel, so yesterday he got all of his wash done and some errands that he needed to get completed. He looked so much better this morning as he finally had some little time to do what he needed to get done for himself. It was so great for all of his to see him. We didn't have any problems with the computer,YaHoo!

Someone posted a web site on the Sub Mom's that Hickory Farms is running a 75% discount special for the Military if you order a package and give them an FPO/APO address to send out to your sons. It's just an idea for Valentines Day if your son likes that kind of food.
