They were heading for Portland for Fleet week.  Unfortunately the ship can't get through the river.  It is too high and the ship won't fit under a bridge.  No idea what they are doing now.

They're out to sea somewhere.

Has anyone heard from their sailor lately?  I sure miss my son's voice.

They certainly are have some exciting times.  Though they work hard, the travel makes it worth it.  My son talked about the new friends that he has made.  They are now all over the world.  My daughter is getting married in June and Aaron will be home - arriving at 6:30AM the day of the wedding.  I am so thankful he will make it.

I understand that they are off the grid for a bit.  My sailor is coming home next month.  I can't wait to see him and hear the stories.

He is in an apartment just off of base, working on the ship everyday.  Waiting for orders. It's really nice to hear from him each Sunday :)  Hope everyone is enjoying having their sailor back on shore!

He won't be coming home until June.  His sister is getting married, so he is going to come home for that.  We will have a week of just the 2 of us.  I am looking forward to that.  I just hope he took pictures.

You are the best and I thank you for trying.  Aaron won't be home until June, I hope the time flies.

Eriksmom, thanks for trying. I forgot they all call each other by their last names. We have had several phone calls from our son. It's great to know they are back and all safe! So looking forward to him coming home on leave!! Tmon, I'm sure you'll hear from your son soon. I know they are all busy with duty. Thankful for those of you that could be there to welcome them all home. It's greatly appreciated! Wish we could have been there.
