aatimom - I am so sorry, and I am glad that your son is ok, he had an angel there for him. WackyWaveUSN - I sent you an email, not sure if you got it, it was acting weird when I sent it. I am just excited for the time to come and getting my plans all in order.

Annie, on the invitation letter it tells you the dates.  Send me a private message and I'll give you more info.   aatlmom, that is so sad about the bus accident.  Thank God your son is okay.  Prayers are sent to the two left in the hospital.  Such a tragic event.

Wanted to let you know....I am
sure most of you have heard about the church bus accident in Indiana that killed three. Our youngest son was in the bus. God was so good and spared him. I had the ombudsman contact my sailor to tell him that his brother was ok. Pray for two left in hospital.

How do you know when the ship is going to be there? I don't think we are suppossed to say that information right now. But, I emailed my son again and attached the forms again in case. I am going by what the forms said to have proof of flight so I attached it. I will check out facebook and communicate there as well.
I think I did all the right things to go on the tiger cruise, just waiting to see!

The forms I got, didn't ask for my travel plans, and I've been okay'd already.  I don't know.  Mommyto2sailors, have you been okay'd already too?  When are you arriving in Hawaii?

Maybe because my son was making my travel plans, he didn't need mine, that's why he didn't send me that form.

Annie, recommend you join this group on Facebook:  Navy For Moms.  It's a great group for anyone with a son or daughter in the Navy and the moms on there are very supportive.  Unfortunately, there aren't any other moms with children on the USS Stockdale, other than me right now, but I would like to see that change.  I can communicate with you better on that site, since I'm on it much more often.  I look forward to meeting you in Hawaii.
