Hi my husband and I will be PCS'ing to San Diego next month and were just wondering when the USS Stockdale will be deploying. We're still waiting for a response from his chain of command but want an idea as what to look forward to. If any of you know please let me know.

Thank you kari67. Do they know yet how long they will be deploying for? We are new to the Navy and this will be our first deployment, so it's all brand new to us.

Hi everyone. My husband just got orders yesterday for the USS Stockdale and we'll be heading to San Diego in a few months. I read online that the ship is preparing for deployment. Can anyone tell me when the ship will be deploying next?

I was wondering if any members were able to go to family cruse day aboard the stockdale Friday Oct. 10th, 2014. I was unable to go and feeling terribly sad. My son sent me video and looked amazing. His friend who is also a Navy core man just a few miles north of the 3rd street base was able to get day off and went with.

Other tha going Underway, his first Deployment will not be until 2015.

New Stockdale  mom Aug. 2014. I am in Washington. Very proud of my sailor as he has completed A and C school and matured beyond my belief.
