Hi MrsH, I wish I could say yes! My husband has unfortunately been reassigned to the USS Ramage and I just have never left this group. I have a friend whose boyfriend is on the Vella Gulf... He has been there for a few months now as well, in fact he was in school with my husband & got stationed there just a few weeks prior to when my husband was supposed to arrive. I believe she is a member of this group!

Hi ladies, my husband has just been assigned to the Vella Gulf and we will be heading out to Norfolk from San Diego in about a week and a half. It's our first PCS and permanent station, since he's been in school this whole time. Looking forward to meeting some of you!

@Donna.... Some put in for the early bird & some are forced to take it. They flew out of Greece to Norfolk. They do this to make room for family members for the Tiger Cruise. I wis my son had told me of the Tiger Cruise as that is something I would have been interested in!
