Susan - the hardest part is the sailor in a box you'll get in a few days, we'll be here with shoulders if you need us!

Well Ladies, within a 34 hour period we've gained a son-in-law and our son just left for MEPs.  After being a DEP'er since August, you'd think I would have been more prepared.  I keep expecting the door to open and for him to walk in.

Kris, I just checked and I don't have any new messages :-(   Want to re-try?  I'll pm you w/ my email as well.  Thanks!  ps - if you email me, put N4M in the subject too, othewise it might get deleted, apparently I'm "following" stuff on fb and getting swamped w/ emails, and haven't figured out how to shut it off yet... sorry

WOW, you have ALL been SO BUSY on here in the couple weeks that I have been SO busy OFF here.  :)  I see we have some new moms!  WELCOME!!!  Eaglemom, did you know there is a group for Eagle Scout families?  My son is also an Eagle Scout!  :)

What are the dates planned for the M&G?  It looks like you are looking at July 15-17?  If that is correct, I'm sorry to say I won't be able to make it.  We leave to visit our son in MD July 1 & hope to be coming home the weekend of July 17th.

We had a wonderful short visit with him this last week.  He left on Sunday afternoon to drive back to base.  And carefully managed to miss all those storms that were bouncing around to make it back safely!

Our anniversary vow renewal ceremony went off, wonderfully!!!  It was just Beautiful!!!   So glad that our son & daughter were able to BOTH be part of our celebration!  :)

I vote potluck - and there would be 3 - 5 of us.   We are about 1/2 hour from Stevens Point, so staying wouldn't be a biggie for us.

It would be nice to get an idea of whos going to the WI N4M meet & greet in Stevens Point, then we can start planning the potluck & also who'll be staying overnight, etc.  Do we want a potluck or do we all just want to bring for ourselves & a little to share if you want?

How about starting to send confirmation replies..  thanks

Hi everyone :)  My son is currently in A school in san antonio. He is a master at arms. He is hoping to get stationed in san diego where my brother is stationed. We have a long line of military people in the family.  Very proud of them all.  We live just outside of Green Bay.

Hey-e-ay-all!!  :-)  July 15-17 sounds perfectly awesome!!! Lemmeno the when and the where!! :-)

And Hello!  and Welcome to all our new ladies as well!!!  We're gathering steam I see!  :-)  It's been awhile since I've been around - sorry for that...

And... what do we think, if we're gonna do a potluck, maybe start a discussion above to use as a sign-up so we don't all bring meatballs?!

My son is in the delayed entry, he graduates from high school next friday (tears!) and will leave for BC on Aug 23.  he was soooo excited when he signed, but that excitement has faded a bit.  He doesn't talk about his meetings much anymore.  I asked him if he started working out, getting in shape and of course he has not.  Maybe he is just focusing on finishing school first :)
