SimplyJRB - can you tell us more about classing up @ Pensacola? That is where my SR will head off to after PIR as well... he did mention A school being 5 weeks, but may be there longer if he doesn't start right away...
Thanks!
Oh - and I know how hard BC has been, I am not looking forward to him leaving AGAIN!!! And then after he deploys - Whew, gonna have to save that anxiety for at the time, cuz I really don't know how I'm gonna take that! BUT - at least there will be communication opportunities then unlike now... so, maybe ok.

Hi everyone! Had a great time at PIR!!! Loved the time with our sailor, until it was time for good bye!!! :( That was THE WORST!!!! He is on his way to Pcola as we speak. Hoping & praying that he will be able to class up soon, sounds like that is a HUGE problem there!!

Ship10: I've broken down buying a poppy from a veteran in front of the grocery store...I hope he interpreted that as the extreme gratitude it was and not some psycho

winavymom$ - Glad to hear there is so much more support out there than just us moms here on N4M - question to all: have you ever seen a military person and gone out of your way to just say "Thank You" to them? If so - remember the look in thier eye? I wish I could bottle that and give it to every one of our service men and women!
